We accept Visa, MasterCard,  Discover and American Express. We also accept personal checks, cashiers checks, or money orders. We may hold up shipment in some cases until personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders have cleared

All orders will have shipping charges applied. We have NO MINIMAL parts order.

Orders for items "in stock" are normally shipped within 1 business day. Orders received before 12:00 noon Central Time are normally shipped the same day. Exceptions do occur, especially during peak season. In all situations, we ship all orders as soon as possible, and in the order in which they are received. 2nd day and next day shipments are pushed to the front of the line.

You must provide your complete correct address for delivery purposes. Incorrect addresses result in delivery delays, $15 address correction fees from UPS, and undeliverable packages from the Postal Service that result in duplicate shipping costs. We will charge your card for these fee's, Please take the time to verify that your delivery address is complete & correct.



No warranties are expressed or implied other than those of the manufacturer. We will assist our customers with the manufacturers when warranty issues arise. Parts used or installed incorrectly, or subject to extreme duty such as racing, are not subject to a warranty.

All parts are sold with the assumption that the buyer shall use them in accordance with Federal and State laws. Harper’s will not be responsible for any consequential, incidental, or contingent damages, including labor and other direct costs associated with goods sold.





Parts Catalog Policy 

 4 things you need to know to order from the illustrated parts catalog:

1. All individual parts or kits are sold in quantities of one (1) The number shown is the amount of that specific part number required per vehicle.

For example: if the quantity shown is "2" it means that the vehicle needs two of that specific part number. This means you need to order two of that part number when you go to its specific listing. 

2. The "Price shown in the catalog is for a quantity of one (1) of that specific part number.

For example: if the catalog lists a quantity of 6 required for a specific part, and the price shows $3.71, then 6 of that part number would cost $22.26. Verify this when you check out.

3. "Not Available" or "Not for sale" MAY mean that the item is genuinely unavailable. HOWEVER sometimes this comes up when a new part number has been assigned to the item or if it was replaced by a new part.
